Test Engineer

Job description

We are looking for a Test Engineer to join our team! If you are versatile, curious and enjoy new technologies, you will love this job. As a Test Engineer you will be responsible for planning and implementing of tests that prove the functional and non-functional requirements of the system.

Your duties and responsibilities

  • Test and prove that the product meets major architectural requirements
  • Prove for scalability and performance of a software
  • Ensuring the quality of the system as a whole 
  • Work with firmware developers and validation engineers
  • Develop and automate tests for software validation
  • Detect bug issues
  • Prepare file defect reports and report test progress

Test Engineer requirements and qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in Software Testing or similar role

Software Developer

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Software developer is our general programmer par excellence. Versatile and curious, he is able to work with any API to create new ways of working while accompanying the clients. He is keen on solutions architecture and is able code in multiple languages.

Under the supervision of the project manager, you will do more specific tasks, such as:

  • To integrate existing technologies in the environment or the process of a partner;
  • To program tolls to improve the production process for partners;
  • Program plug-ins for commercial game engines (Unity3D, Unreal Engine) or proprietary;
  • To program in common content creation software (3DS Max, Maya, etc);
  • To program specific systems proper to game or rendering engines:
    • Multi agents systems;
    • Particles Systems;
    • Systems for creating procedural content;

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To establish a research method in line with the targets of the projects;
  • To evaluate the technical feasibility of the developments to come;
  • To suggest improvements, conceive and implement new systems if necessary;
  • To program in a clear and structured way, while respecting the requirements of performance, maintenance, compatibility and portability;
  • To validate newly conceived systems and make sure they comply with the specific requirements of the project and that they are coherent with the existing code;
  • To profile and optimize systems;

FPGA Programmer

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a FPGA Programmer to join our multi-disciplinary team. Versatile, curious and capable to implement complex algorithm in code. He is keen on solutions architecture and is able code in multiple languages.

Your Responsibilities

  • Perform programming in programmable logic (FPGA / VHDL) and embedded software (C / C ++)
  • Define and implement a complete architecture of the video processing of our 3D display system.
  • Work closely with the hardware, software and verification teams to integrate the FPGA functions into the final product.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record of high speed and complex FPGA design implementation:
    • FPGA design, VHDL / Verilog, RTL design and simulation, Timing closure, Familiarity with Altera Quartus
    • Experience with DisplayPort protocol and signaling.
  • Programming experience in C, C++ or C# and familiar with VisualStudio.
  • Must be a self-starter able to work in a multi-technology team environment with a minimum of direction.

Additional Skills:

  • Experience with digital video standards,
  • Advanced scripting (TCL, Python, etc.),
  • Experience with signal/image processing,
  • Developing on Linux embedded operating system

  • The image processing Software developer will develop a prototype of an 3D video capturing and processing device for our glasses-free 3D/VR monitor.  He is able to work with open source code and any API. He is keen to develop quick solutions and can code in C++ languages.
